CANCELLATION POLICY, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RESERVATIONS
are confirmed only after receiving the full payment. All bookings must be confirmed via fax or e-mail.

CANCELLATION FEES
a fee of 50% shall be levied if cancellation is 31 - 14 days prior to arrival. A fee of 100% shall be levied if cancellation is 14 days or less prior to arrival.

What to Bring
Mosquito repellent, swimming costume, flashlight, binoculars, comfortable walking shoes, camera, warm jacket.

Personal effects
All baggage and personal effects are at all
times at the client's risk and The Bundu Safari Lodge cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to
baggage or personal effects.

Health
Anti-malaria precautions are recommended and clients are advised to bring insect repellent.
All of our vehicles carry a basic first aid kits. However, it is advisable for you to carry a personal medical kit,
including any special medication that you may require.

Smoking Policy
For the comfort of all clients, we do not allow smoking in the chalets.

Exclusion of Liability
The Bundu Safari Lodge will not accept responsibility for any accident, injury, death, illness or delays from any
cause whatsoever sustained or suffered by any person or theft or loss of, or damage to any property, occurring during matters
relating to accommodation, sight-seeing and transport of any means. Any claims arising shall be subject to South African
Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African Courts.

Insurance
Passengers are strongly advised to take out travel insurance covering personal accidents, medical expenses and baggage loss.

Weather
Temperatures vary according to the time of year. Winter months lasts from June to August, days are warm but
evenings can be cold, a warm jacket is required. The summer months are hot and light clothing can be worn.

Food and Drinks
The standard meals provided are breakfasts, lunch and dinners. Tea, coffee and fruit juices are also included during meals. Alcoholic drinks are not included and may be purchased at the lodge.
