Game Drive in the Kruger Park Departing the lodge at around 05h00am we drive to the Kruger National Park. Once inside we open up the sides of the vehicle and begin our game drive. Your experienced guide will know what to look for so that you can find the Big 5. The early part of the drive will focus on finding lions and their kill, as this is the time just before they go to sleep for the day after a hard nights hunting. Our drive stops at Satara Camp in the mid morning where you will enjoy breakfast and a break before getting back into the car to continue our big 5 game drive. We follow the roads of the Kruger and look at the animals as they go about their day. We return to Satara for a lunch (own expense) and then depart on a leisurely drive out the park tracking anything we still need to see. We arrive back at the lodge after 6pm for a hearty meal and sharing stories with other travllers about our Big 5 game drive drive. Clothing Tip: early morning and evening are very cold.
